I see each person as a lotus, unfolding gracefully despite life's challenges—much like how it grows beautifully in the mud. We all deal with stress, fears, worries, and tough times that can make life overwhelming or lonely. My goal is to create a safe space where you can learn to navigate these ups and downs and realize that you're not alone on this journey. Growing up in a Vietnamese household in an American society has given me unique insights, inspiring me to become a mental health counselor. I understand the struggle of finding someone relatable to talk to, so I'll focus on creating a trusting and warm relationship between us.
