I offer individual counseling services to adult women and teen girls facing challenges in life, personal distress, relationship issues or trauma. My approach in counseling is direct and compassionate; providing a safe, welcoming environment that allows connection and sharing. We will work together to cultivate your strengths with the goal of overcoming personal and relational barriers while infusing a sprinkle of humor. CBT is my starting point which allows an invitation to other therapies if and/or when necessary. I bring 20+ years of experience with the added bonus of having been a teen girl and currently an adult woman.
