Over the years, I have recognized that each of us has a wisdom that resides within.This wisdom within our mind/body system holds the solution. We are designed for balance- yes, we do get off-balance. I will help you understand what your body/mind is attempting to communicate. It is often a simple process. We all have beliefs that originate from our culture, our society, and our family. Some beliefs are helpful, some are not. It is our beliefs that guide our behavior. Beliefs are the 'fuel' that move us. We will discover the 'outdated' beliefs.
