Hello! My name is Terry Podesta. I have been working as a therapist since 2010 with individuals from 4 to 91 years old with differing concerns and desired support, yet find we are all the same in the end. Humans, who want to feel happy and heard, loved and like we belong, that we have an impact and to feel good in who we are. I will enter our therapy sessions with a compassionate and open approach to help you reach your goals. I incorporate different therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing and positive psychology into sessions.
