Hi! I’m Tessa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I understand the courage it takes to start the search for a therapist, and I’d be honored to connect and see how I can best support you or your child. I have extensive experience helping kids, teens, and young adults navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, developmental differences, life transitions, peer and family relationships, and stress management.
