We serve individuals who are currently finding it difficult to manage life stressors as it relates to work, relationships, dealing with losses, school stress and/or other life challenges. Individuals and families receive treatment based on their identified needs. Services address the needs by engaging in various therapeutic approaches. Treatment may focus on reducing stress, improving mood, increasing engagement in healthy activities and increasing the ability to cope with life’s many challenges.
