I am a postgrad, pre-licensed professional dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to developing their authenticity and building resiliency & confidence in the face of life’s challenges. I create a safe, non-judgmental space that incorporates healing from a holistic standpoint - mind, body, and spirit – and honoring each person’s journey as unique and specific to their goals and values. My approach is gentle, yet direct, with an emphasis on creating self-awareness and self-efficacy.
