Hello! My name is Tom Jacobson and I work for Eden Wellness Counseling as a licensed mental health therapist. The primary client I worked with are teens to senior adults. I also can do couples counseling. The primary approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy. Some other primary groups that I work with are the LGBTQ plus community as well as individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses. As a therapist, I will use empathy and directness, while using therapeutic skills to help a client process and work through the challenges they are coming into therapy.
