Hello! My name is Thérèse, I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York State and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I specialize in eating disorders/body image and post-traumatic stress disorders, but have experience treating individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The majority of individuals I work with are those seeking therapy simply because they want to learn more - about themselves, about a relationship they could be in, about a "stuckness" they feel, etc.
