About

I work with children and their caregivers who are experiencing challenging behaviors, transitions, family conflict, adjustment issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self esteem, both individually and in family therapy. My therapy style consists of a two part process with parent consultations along with individual therapy and I encourage parents to be a part of the therapeutic process. I also provide services to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and self esteem.
