I understand that it may feel overwhelming or challenging to reach out for support, or even trust that support can help. As a result, I strive to support individuals with compassion in the way that they need & at their pace. I've been in practice for 20+ years , and my approach is collaborative, psycho-biolgical and intuitive. I aim to support the whole-person through education, insight, self awareness and empowerment. With the effort to meet the individual in the way they need, I utilize various approaches in therapy that often include somatic, neurobiological and psychodynamic frameworks.
