I work with individuals from all walks of life who may have concerns about not having the experience of being felt with and by others, navigating the balance of intimacy and agency in relation to others, and understanding their internal world more richly. I enjoy practicing from psychoanalytic and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks rooted in the body as I find it gives individuals an opportunity to come in genuine contact with themselves. Fundamental to my approach is the belief that who we are — our sense of self and how we move in the world — is immensely shaped by our unique temperaments and early life imprints for experiencing.
