I came to counseling as a second career, so I know what it’s like to make big changes and to want something more from life. Many of the people I work with feel stuck—maybe they’re facing a major transition, struggling with relationships, coping with loss, or just trying to figure out what’s next. They often describe feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of their direction, but deep down they want clarity, confidence, and peace. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, heal what’s holding you back, and create a more meaningful and satisfying path forward. I take a person-centered approach to counseling, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and valued—without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and uncover the patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
