My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves even thought they may appear be "keeping it together". This patient might experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum complications or a major life transition. This patient might be feeling tired, stuck, sad, unmotivated, resentful, anxious and unsure who they are or who they are becoming. This patient needs a safe and supportive space where they feel understood, where they do not feel judged and where they will be given the tools to find calmness and hope.
