My purpose is to provide you a safe place where we can meet and build a relationship of trust, based on talk and explore, together, the hurt, the confusion, feeling stuck, and and obstacles that keep you from finding healing, meaning, and a better life. I meet with individuals, couples, children, and families to work on issues concerning family of origin, relationships, identity, spirituality, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and more. Once we enter into the client-therapist relationship, my top priority is to be with you through the therapeutic process, and to support you as you begin taking steps towards living the life you desire. I have been providing therapy to individuals, families, couples, & children for over seven years regarding family & relationship issues, marital & premarital counseling, infidelity/mistrust, cultural issues, addictions, anxiety, depression, & trauma, and am certified in basic EMDR and Prepare & Enrich.
