Let’s be honest. Asking for help sometimes feels like the hardest thing to do. Whether you were conditioned to be that way or you are embarrassed or it feels scary, asking for help often is the last resort. Why do we do that? I know that reading another book, listening to another podcast, or watching another Reel ends up giving you glimmers of hope that it can get figured out without having to tell anyone that you are absolutely struggling. Realistically, all it ends up doing is kicking the can down the road. I work with people who are ready to do the scary thing and be vulnerable with the problems they can’t solve on their own.
