I believe that all have the ability to heal. If you are struggling with negative thought patterns, interpersonal challenges, disordered eating, executive functioning, or trauma based pain, you may feel called to overcome these issues by facing their root causes. Often, there are mental/relational patterns that have become so deeply rooted that we are no longer consciously aware of them. By understanding these patterns and integrating new skills to replace them, they lose their power and healing naturally occurs. Therapy is a safe haven for you to learn how to trust your inner voice and find a deeper and more peaceful sense of self.
