I am Tonya Schour, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). I have primarily worked with people who struggle with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, relationship issues and domestic violence. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and direct communication, I have helped many clients overcome difficulties and incorporate positive changes in their lives. I believe our mental health is every bit as important as our physical health. Many, if not all, people would benefit greatly from therapy. Even if it’s just to have a neutral person to discuss everyday issues with.
