I'm passionate about targeting change and healing with the use of solution-focused, goal-oriented treatment modalities that are grounded in evidence-based practices. My approach includes brain-based techniques grounded in cognitive neuroscience research into neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to physically change shape in response to repeated experience and behavior. I have found that when clients understand how their brain works, they are more empowered to make the necessary changes toward mental health.
