About
Helping you increase your wellbeing is my primary focus. I treat clients with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma as well as health related concerns such as diabetes, chronic pain, PCOS, infertility. and memory issues. Additionally, I have an interest in working with parents of special needs children who are seeking support and direction as they navigate the unique parenting challenges they face. I enjoy helping people foster well-being as they navigate the ups and down of life. My interest in Health Psychology led me to gain advanced training to work with adults diagnosed with Diabetes.
