I have been counselor for over 30 years, and enjoy working with a diverse group of people. I am trained in yoga therapy, and am eclectic, welcoming with all forms of spirituality and lifestyles. I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and am certified in EMDR, Meditation/mindfulness, and CBT. I have additional specializations in Addictions and ASD, and am trained in parenting children with ASD. I enjoy helping people recover from anxiety, depression, social issues, gender identity issues and addictions ( and spiritual issues). I believe in the power of therapy.
