As a seasoned integrative therapist, I specialize in helping clients who feel lost, disconnected, or confused. My approach is rooted in understanding your unique experiences and guiding you toward self-discovery and clarity on your steps forward. Together, we will work on sorting out impacts from difficult experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and building an authentic life that feels whole. Services are offered to adults with personal therapy, couple therapy, and a variety of groups to meet your unique needs.
