I have experience working with children through geriatric populations. I provide individual, family, relationship, and group services through telehealth. I will work with you to assist you to identify your needs and the goals you wish to achieve. I recognize that people can and do struggle with overwhelming emotions and sometimes need help to calm and overcome them. Some of these emotions are hardwired but others have come from the trauma a person has suffered in their life. I will work to assist you to develop coping skills to be better able to deal with your emotions and everyday life.
