I help adults and teens heal from trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and OCD using compassionate, evidenced-based care. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I specialize in helping clients process traumatic experiences safely and at their own pace. I also have extensive experience working with substance use, including relapse prevention, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented care. Trauma and substance use often overlap, and we address both without judgment.
