I support individuals, couples, and families in reconnecting with themselves and each other. Whether anxiety, overthinking, or feeling stuck is weighing you down, I provide a welcoming, judgment-free space to untangle the noise, celebrate your strengths, and find calm so you can live more grounded, fulfilling days. Your life doesn’t happen in isolation—and neither does your healing. I use a relational, systemic approach to understand you within your world.
