Tristan is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples as they address anxiety, depression, life changes, and BIPOC-related issues. It can be tough for one to prioritize themselves in this busy world. Making the decision to attend therapy can be overwhelming and sprinkled with skepticism. How can “talking” help with anything? Previously, as a school clinician, Tristan worked with students to support them through advocacy, encouragement, and resources. Her goal with those children and all clients is to provide the tools so they can navigate tough life circumstances.
