We all have times when it might help to have someone to talk with. Having those deep therapeutic conversations can help us make sense of life, break patterns, and improve our quality of life. I see clients for a wide variety of issues including stress, trauma, PTSD, healing from a tough childhood, and emotional eating. I can help you find your center and feel more like yourself again! I can see clients in person, walk n talk, or telehealth, whichever you prefer. During the summer months I offer a women's mindfulness and journaling hiking group.
