I enjoy working with people who are motivated to build an understanding of the root cause of their concerns and want to learn how to make changes to improve the quality of their lives. The people I work with are often struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma that has caused them to be unsatisfied with their relationships, their environment, or themselves. My clients often need to develop self-compassion, confidence, and healthy boundaries to reach their goal of a life filled with pleasure and purpose.
