Life can be challenging and unpredictable, and while the decision to begin therapy can be a difficult one, you are taking a vital step towards your own healing and growth. I am passionate about working with professional helpers, individuals who have experienced trauma, teens navigating the world, and anyone looking for a calm, safe place to process traumatic or overwhelming life circumstances. I believe each person is a resilient individual with a unique life story, and utilize a variety of therapy approaches to meet their specific needs. I have experience working with individuals facing various types of crises, and am trained in EMDR to process past or current trauma. As the spouse of a first responder and also a former 911 dispatcher, I am knowledgeable about the culture of first responders and the unique challenges that accompany the commitment of first responders and their support system.
