They may face anxiety, depression, or school and family challenges. They need a safe, culturally affirming space to feel heard and supported while learning to manage emotions and access resources. Their goals often include healing, building confidence, and improving communication. They seek therapy to break cycles, feel empowered, and thrive despite systems that haven’t always served them equitably. I’m a bilingual, trauma-informed therapist specializing in support for Latinx individuals and families. I offer a safe, culturally responsive space to process trauma, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships—honoring each client’s language, culture, and lived experience.
