I specialize in helping children and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD or other behavioral or emotional concerns as well as family therapy, parenting guidance and couples counseling. My role as a therapist is to be a guide in assisting you with determining natural resources and further educate other strategies to help you with the change you want in your life. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings in the past 25 years and in outpatient/private practice for the past 13 years.
