I work via teletherapy exclusively. I am an insight-oriented therapist with a deep respect for Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, meditation and yoga. The underlying principle in my practice is to value people's individual experience and the particular meaning that their experience has for them. In this spirit we can explore together to help lay the groundwork for insight.
