Hi, I’m Valerie. I’m a therapist who helps people who have been stuck in a cycle of anxiety and trauma to heal from their past and build confidence. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, the effects of trauma and betrayal trauma. I use an effective therapy called EMDR. This therapy can be especially helpful for clients who have tried other therapies in the past and continue to feel stuck despite having a good understanding of their past.
