Hello, By the time we reach adulthood, many of us find ourselves carrying the weight of unresolved concerns. This emotional “luggage” can give rise to feelings of sadness, loneliness, helplessness, low self-esteem, hopelessness, persistent worry, and many other challenges that affect our daily lives. Let me introduce myself: I am Dr. Varda Hakobyan, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Los Angeles, California. I work with a broad spectrum of psychological concerns, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, problematic relationships, behavioral issues, and more. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust.
