My passion is to help people. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important with helping those solve their life issues. My approach invokes the importance of collaboration with my clients. I specialize in working with individual, couples and families. We can do therapy using walk and talk and I can also provide therapy in the comfort of your own home. I also specialize in working with athletes to address/focus on sports anxiety, returning from injury and athletic performance.
