I am sensitive to the cultural impact being an international citizen brings when living in the US. It is through empowerment-focused and culturally aware approaches that I support my clients. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field, having served in the United States military abroad for several years before pursuing a career in mental health. As a mother of two, I am keenly aware of the weight parenthood puts on a parent and is able to support clients as they explore these life changes.
