Therapy isn’t always the first choice—it's often a last ditch effort. But if you’re stuck in the same arguments, feeling emotionally distant, or spinning in your own head, it might be time for real change. Maybe you’ve tried books, podcasts, or tough talks, but nothing sticks. I help couples and individuals break old patterns, improve communication, and build deeper emotional connection. We’ll work together to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection. I am currently interested in couples work and am continuing training in this realm. Currently, I'm seeing lots of improvements with couples.
