Many of my clients come to therapy feeling weighed down by patterns that seem to repeat within their families, relationships, or inner world. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, helping them understand the impact of their experiences and find new ways forward. I’m trained in EMDR and take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to therapy. My work often focuses on exploring how generational, relational, and cultural dynamics shape who we are and how we connect with others. Together, we’ll gently explore past pain, nurture self-understanding, and build tools to foster resilience and emotional balance.
