I am currently able to accept MaineCare and private pay. I take a collaborative approach in which your strengths are the driving force towards progress. My goal is to explore those strengths, and provide support in utilizing them to move through challenges. I know that it is important to feel truly heard and have our experience validated. I listen openly and empathetically, and place great value on the trust that I build in doing so. I have experience with 12 step recovery for alcohol and substance use. I also serve individuals with Down syndrome, and enjoy employing creative arts in my work.
