Hello, my name is Vicki Letica, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working out of the East Bay Area. If you are looking for support with anxiety, depression, grief, or going through a difficult phase of life, we may be a good fit. My belief is that looking inward and exploring parts of ourselves, especially the ones that we might want to hide or we feel shame about, is a worthwhile journey towards wholeness and better relationships with others and ourselves. My work is informed by Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems I am a Level 2 trained IFS therapist and can offer focused IFS work if this is a modality you are interested in.
