Grief and Loss are my specialty and grief counseling is the only counseling I do. I'm a Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider, Advanced Palliative Hospice Social Worker-Certified (APHSW-C) and have worked in hospice and bereavement care for years. Are you feeling stuck in your sadness? Are you are experiencing negative thoughts and are not sure how to feel better? Maybe you are avoiding all thoughts about your loved one because it's too painful? You do not have to travel the grief journey alone. Grief counseling will not cure your grief. You grieve because you love, but, I can help you feel better. In my experience, grief counseling works best when we are together, therefore, I do not offer telehealth counseling. I do offer Talk & Walk sessions in a local Hot Springs park, weather permitting, if you prefer to be outdoors.
