I specialize in guiding individuals across various life stages, who are navigating the complexities of anxiety, ADHD/AuDHD/ASD (neurodivergent), women's health & eating disorders. As someone who is neurodivergent themselves; I understand firsthand how overwhelming the internal rollercoaster can feel, and I am here to guide you through it. My approach is neurodivergent, queer, sex-positive affirming, practical, and rooted in real life tools that "actually" work; when aiming to assist you in overcoming challenges, recognizing your inherent strengths, and fostering resilience in a way that works best for you in all phases of your life. I'm committed to creating a safe space where you can explore the roots of your anxiety, develop coping skills, and learn to reframe overwhelming thoughts. I utilize CBT, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. By incorporating mindfulness practices and tailored interventions, we'll work together to regain a sense of calm and control.
