Videri Counseling Collective is a community-centered practice founded by Elizabeth Ekis, LSCSW, LCSW, and Savannah Fillion, LCPC. We are built on the belief that being human is both beautiful and hard. When life’s stressors feel overwhelming, we walk beside you—helping you reconnect with yourself and navigate these challenges together. We approach therapy as a collaborative and relational process, grounded in empathy, connection, and respect. We believe meaningful change begins when people feel truly heard and valued, and we consider it a privilege to support individuals as they navigate challenges and build resilience. We want to help you learn the tools and skills you need to face life's challenges. We often use tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
