Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a psychotherapist, registered dietitian, yoga and mindfulness teacher. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in deepening self-exploration, looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others, and navigate diverse mental health challenges such as developmental and adult trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety.
