I believe in the healing power and magic of safe spaces that allow us to be authentic I've been a therapist for 13 years and have accumulated experience working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, infertility, bereavement, suicide, impostor syndrome, immigration reunification, attachment, personality disorders and depression. I have done comprehensive psychosocial assessments to present to immigration courts. My approach to therapy is to provide mindfulness and acceptance. I offer a safe space to discuss challenges as well as celebrate triumphs and positive experiences. I want to learn more about you and help you identify maladaptive patterns of thinking and behavior so that you can decide what no longer serves you and make associated changes. Let's walk and talk
