I approach my counseling and life coaching from a Christian foundation, believing that we are all created in the image of God and inherently valued. I welcome all clients regardless of their spiritual beliefs and am committed to their unique growth and healing path. I believe in the importance of a holistic “whole person” approach. Because recovery, healing, and growth can happen in many ways for each client, I believe an integrated approach works best for most people. My counseling services are designed to help my clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I aim to offer a safe space for all of God’s children to heal, grow, and experience transformative restoration. My focus is to provide a space for empathy, healing, compassion, and hope to all of the clients I serve.
