My ideal client is in search of a better quality of life. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, post-traumatic stress, work stress, grief, lack of purpose, burn out, emotional numbness, or a combination of several issues. My clients want to feel more in control of their mood, mind, and life experience. They are tired of struggling and ready to find relief. My clients want to feel heard and seen, exactly as they are, without judgment. They long for inner-peace and to feel joy inside, sometimes for the first time ever or in a very long time. My preferred treatment method is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an evidence-based eye movement technique that allows clients to process issues, such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, phobias, and more. This method works quickly and does not require the client to share details.
