Life can be hard sometimes. Whether it’s school related, family relationships, or connecting with others, I am a therapist that supports children, adolescents and young adults through challenging times in their lives. I can work with you and your family on improving relationships, parenting skills, or advocating for your child or yourself in academic or social services settings. My clients see me to help increase self awareness and confidence, to understand their thoughts and emotions, to improve relationships with others, and to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health diagnoses. My approach is client centered, creative and playful. I will use elements of play therapy, music therapy, and other creative modalities in our time together. I specialize in music, talk, play and animal assisted therapy with clients with developmental disabilities and complex medical diagnoses, and behavioral concerns.
