I am a bilingual psychologist Master who enjoys working with individual adults from different backgrounds. I strive to provide a place where you are supported and safe to begin to explore what troubles you. Together, we can explore the past and present to understand and let go of old patterns that hold you back from living a more fulfilling life. At others time, it might be more important to focus on the here and now. In my 10 years practice, I have worked with individuals who struggled with a wide range of issues, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, life transition, grief and trauma.
