I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re going through big life changes, feeling stuck, or wanting to build up your self-confidence, we’ll work together to look beneath the surface, understand what’s really happening, and find ways to move you toward the life you want. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have extensive experience supporting people through divorce, rebuilding relationships, immigration challenges, and personal injury or workers’ compensation cases. With a master’s from Pepperdine University, and my own experience as an immigrant, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to our sessions.
